The highlight of the tour traces the Korean War throughout South Korea, where the country overcame the wounds and ruins of the war, leading to rapid economic growth to become a developed country. The Korean Peninsula remains a divided country due to ideological conflict. Through this tour, you can visit "Avai Village," which is the closest to North Korea and where villagers hope for reunification, and JSA, where you can see North Korea up close and feel the tension at the time of armistice, and "Somak Village" where people who had escaped the North’s invasion and formed a village in Busan which has still been preserved. And, also visit "Geoje Prisoner of War Camp" where you can learn about the war’s progression and the current situation of the two divided Koreas.
We are visiting various war sites, but don’t be nervous. Korea is known as the safest travel destination in the world.
